I cannot recommend Dena and Eddie highly enough. They are extremely hardworking and dedicated, and really take a personal interest and approach to all aspects of the process. They had excellent knowledge and experience of sales in the South End – we really felt we were in good hands from start to finish. They were most obliging, and went above and beyond what I expected – I was moving overseas and they took care of any outstanding issues in my absence. They were really a pleasure to work with and did an outstanding job for us.

Dena and Eddie worked with me in spring/summer 2013 to sell my South End condo and purchase a home in Squantum (North Quincy). On the selling side, they did a great job assessing the market, marketing the condo, helping me stage, getting buyers in, etc. They are professional, courteous, and responsible as sellers' agents -- great representatives for you. On the buying side, they worked with my crazy work schedule to allow me to see a ton of places, and when it came time to negotiate the offer and sale, they could not be beat! We ended up closing on both properties on the same day, which was incredibly stressful, but they always had my back. They really work as a team -- no need to worry whether or not one knew what the other was doing. And they were always a text or phone call away for me. They are also super nice, dog-loving, fun-to-be around, cool people. You guys (literally) rock!

Dena and Eddie are truly the dream team of real estate. They are by far the most professional and knowledgable (not to mention honest) agents I have ever worked with. They are both really in this field with the best intentions and are incredibly successful in what they do. They know the area well and were able to give us insights that we had not even considered. In addition to always being prompt, responsive and anticipating our needs they were able to get around roadblocks that would pop up due to their innovative thinking.
