Ms. Keylor Harmstad is an excellent real estate agent. From her first property visit, she was encouraging and pointed out things we must do before putting the house on the market. On the second visit, she told us the maximum we could get from selling the house based on the floor footage. Lastly, she was able to inform all other real estate agents with photos where the house was located and how much we were asking for it. This was a difficult sale due to the buyer's choice of loan broker. Nevertheless, it is done.

Keylor was amazing! My husband and myself were working with only a 75 day timeframe to find a new home and Keylor was able to handle everything perfectly to make sure we got a home perfect for us. Not only were we first time home buyers but I was 8 months pregnant at the start of this process and my husband is in the military working long hours making it difficult to coordinate with his schedule.
