MJ - hands down has been the best realtor I’ve ever worked with. We have bought several homes in our lifetime, and in various locations. I’ve even served as a realtor myself, and MJ blows everyone else out of the water! We relocated to Alaska from Florida and we were referred to a “relocation specialist” that our employer company recommended. Little did we know then just how well we’d be looked out for. Originally we worked with MJ long distance prior to our arrival. She checked in on us as time passed and as we made our way to our final destination, driving 4,400 miles. Not only was she helping us house hunt, but she is always a source of useful information. While en route, MJ and her team even did personal virtual tours for us on homes we were strongly considering. When that time came she had the perfect offer written immediately. Everything went so smoothly that I had zero anxiety or stress working through the closing process, even though some small things are done a bit differently here. MJ always had the right answers to solve any issues or answer questions, and if she didn’t, she never hesitated to get the right one. MJ is well-versed in realtor services, procedure, contracts and regulation. She’s on top of things and won’t disappear on you in the middle of your house hunting journey.
