Mike Howard... Go see this guy. If you are a first time home buyer (Or any type of buyer) with your head about to spin off because you don't know what to do or who to trust, just go see Mike Howard. Mike was a Godsend to me. He put me back on my feet and walked me though everything calmly and rationally. He put me at ease and gained my trust immediately. I am a smart guy... I have a good job... But I am not a guy who buys homes every day. So, someone like me who analyzes things and researches until my face falls off couldn't have found a better guy than Mike Howard. I had the opportunity to bring a few friends along who have purchased many homes in the past and they were all extremely impressed with his composer and ability to relate with each of them. Not only did he find me the home I wasn't even expecting to find (seriously, had more than I was looking for), he hooked me up with an amazing Mortgage guy. Thank you Mike Howard, for putting up with my annoyances and always being cool. You are the best. I appreciate all your efforts, late phone call/text/email replies, and sense of humor.
