WOW!!! Kevin is truly the best out there! I don't know where to begin to express how lucky we are to have him represent us. First off, my family is so picky that we've been looking for a home to live in for years now. Kevin was patient and showed up everytime we wanted to see a home. We finally found our dream home and knew it had to be ours, he helped us win the bid within less than 48 hours of submitting our offer. We were up against 6-8 more offers on the table! He did his due diligence with every process of the securing the home. He was also able to knock off 30k off the sales price. He went to the home numerous times after to meet the inspection people to make sure we understood exactly what issues there were. He was also able to help us secure a loan too.
