Kevin made the whole process easy. As an out of state buyer, I didn’t have any connections for the various things that come up in the process. Not only did he recommend the best lender in the area, he also had recommendations for the inspection and any repairs. Beyond that, Kevin was present when inspectors and repairmen came. Absolutely would recommend and work with again.

Kevin went above and beyond. We had some mildew or something on the siding in the front of the house and Kevin personally scrubbed it off. We had a hole in the back yard from KCPL and he personally filled it back in. If you need a realtor, you’ve found him.
