Kevin was born and raised in Michigan's Upper Peninsula and resides with his family in the small town of Ishpeming. Kevin has been in the real estate business for some time and has recently joined RE/MAX, after concluding a long career in natural resources and working at a different brokerage. In his former career, Kevin was a Wildlife Biologist with the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Scientist with the Department of Environmental Quality. Kevin is also a Forester and wetlands expert, and brings all of these unique skills with him to RE/MAX, in addition to being a residential realtor at a former brokerage. During his final five years with the DNR, Kevin served as the Large Carnivore Specialist and led management for Michigan's wolf, bear and cougar programs. He was also the Director of Forestry for The Nature Conservancy (State of MI) before entering his real estate career.
Kevin has invested in homes, rentals and a small business in Marquette County and has been mostly involved in residential home sales during his career as a realtor.
He takes great pride in his family and the personal and professional success of his three children, Khora, Otto and Lilly, and loves to travel with his wife Heather. His hobbies include brook trout fishing, hunting, cutting firewood and mushroom foraging in remote area of the U.P, and spending time at camp with friends and family.
