I was a first time home buyer and Kevin did a great job of giving me a lay of the land, letting me know what to expect, trudging around to see properties in the middle of a pandemic. He’s very friendly and honest, good at reading situations with other agents. He follows up promptly and is good under pressure in negotiations when you’re in contract. He helped me achieve a dream to purchase a home I have been very satisfied in. I would highly recommend him!
