From the start, Kevin made things simple and easy. He knew exactly the price to market the condo that gained interest right away and provided us with a professional marketing brochure that was outstanding. The brochure had every thing from details about the condo that we would have never thought of, to local schools, and other nearby features that people would enjoy. It also had professional pictures that made the condo look incredible! Kevin even took the time to do an open house which lead to multiple offers on the property almost immediately. Communication was great, with responses immediately. Kevin even helped with finding the attorney we used for the closing. From the time we handed the condo over to Kevin, we really didn't have to do anything but sign some papers, which he did with electronic documents you could do over the computer or phone. I can't say it enough, Kevin is the agent you are looking for!!!!!
