Just wow. As first time home buyers in an incredibly tough market, Kevin went above and beyond to make sure we got the house of our dreams. He walked us through each stage of the process (which we were initially very daunted by) and we felt confident that he was always working in our best interest. Our schedules were hectic with odd work hours and an infant but Kevin was always flexible and we knew that if we needed anything, he was there. His professionalism and communication skills are truly unmatched. We were also extremely impressed with Kevin’s knowledge of the area and the ins and outs of the current market. He gave us suggestions of multiple different ways to strengthen our offer and a combination of them ultimately won us our house. We honestly cannot say enough good things about our experience working with Kevin - he is the one you want on your team! We will absolutely be recommending him to all of our friends and family. Our little boy now has an amazing place to grow up and we could not have done it without Kevin. We are forever grateful!
