He consistently responded quickly to our numerous questions/requests (including some that came up after closing!) and always worked around our schedule to view houses or chat. We viewed A LOT of houses, but he never pressured us to move forward when we sensed something wasn't right. But when we did find houses we loved, he had a ton of insight and creative ideas for structuring competitive offers to make us stand out as buyers. He was also super professional, and I really felt like he looked out for our best interests throughout the process (he'd always schedule himself private showings, for example, whenever we stopped by random open houses just because he wanted to advise appropriately/ confirm there weren't any issues we needed to be aware of). He has a ton of expertise not only in the home buying process, but also in home maintenance. Frankly, our previous realtors completely pale in comparison to Kevin and I couldn't recommend him enough!
