I can't say enough good things about Kevin or our experience working with him! He helped my husband and I in our 2022-2023 search in a historically difficult buying market, and we truly could not have asked for a better realtor. I don't even know where to start! He consistently responded quickly to our numerous questions/requests (including some that came up after closing!) and always worked around our schedule to view houses or chat. We viewed A LOT of houses, but he never pressured us to move forward when we sensed something wasn't right. But when we did find houses we loved, he had a ton of insight and creative ideas for structuring competitive offers to make us stand out as buyers. He was also super professional, and I really felt like he looked out for our best interests throughout the process (he'd always schedule himself private showings, for example, whenever we stopped by random open houses just because he wanted to advise appropriately/ confirm there weren't any issues we needed to be aware of). He has a ton of expertise not only in the home buying process, but also in home maintenance. Frankly, our previous realtors completely pale in comparison to Kevin and I couldn't recommend him enough!

As a first time home buyer, Kevin was wonderful to work with - he worked with my very specific “must have” list, and was really easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. Kevin was helpful in finding potential properties and setting up a schedule for home tours. He explained everything extremely well and made the whole home buying process run extremely smoothly.
