Kevin Rutherford

Kevin was very helpful and patient. He constantly sent listing of houses that I requested. When I changed a request, Kevin would change the listing. When we would look at houses, Kevin was always early with the door open. At the homes I look at, Kevin would point out things I didn't notice. Kevin wasn't pushing or rushing to make the quick sale. When I told Kevin I needed some time to think things over, it wasn't a problem. What impressed me was that he showed us houses the day after Thanksgiving. Kevin always returned my calls the same day. I work midnights, so I had to fax some paperwork from my job. I needed to verify a fax number so I sent Kevin a text. He text me right back with no problems. Kevin was very conscious of my work hours and busy weekend's. I'm sure I wouldn't have bought this home without Kevin's help. Two thumbs up!!
