Whether representing us in a sale or assisting in finding a new property, he is a wealth of knowledge and a great resource. Kevin even helped us find a rental property in the interim between selling and purchasing. He even assisted us in staging our home for sale. He also has an awesome personality and helps to take the stress out of very stressful situations. I highly recommend him!

I have used Kevin 3 times over the years (selling twice, buying once), and could not of been happier. He was always knowledgeable of the area, and help set reasonable expectations. When selling a property, he is great at understanding what the potential buyer will look for and advising on how to prep/stage the property to maximize the sale. When we used him to buy a house, my wife and I had different opinions on what was important to us. He took that information and showed us houses that leaned both ways so we could get a better understanding of what the other wanted and gauge what was really important for each of us. He then found us the perfect comprise house that left both of us very satisfied.
