When it seemed impossible to move a piece of furniture in time for the closing, he and his worker moved it themselves. He even got me a receipt from Habitat! Also, when I was ready to list he knew it would be an advantage to being the only house of that model on the market. Kevin prefers the efficiency of email to direct conversation. Rather abrupt sometimes, but easier and more direct.
