A very satisfactory experience with Kevin Pollock

I was impressed that Kevin is the highest producing salesman in Laguna Woods. I figured I was on the right track with this. We signed up with Kevin for one week and I didn't have any great expectations for a short period. We told Kevin exactly what we wanted. We saw several places we sort of liked in the first day. At the end of the day we found something we really liked. We had made plans to see more places the 2nd day. We saw the place we liked from the prior day and several new places. We knew that the one we liked was the one. We started proceedings the 2nd day on the purchase. It was a probate sale and Kevin was knowledgeable about what to do with this. Kevin knows a considerable amount about real estate, and he shares in such a way to make it understood. He is also personal and professional, and that's a great combination.
