I am so thankful to have had Kevin as our realtor! We had not owned a home in several years, and the market had changed dramatically since that time. Also, we knew WHERE we wanted to buy, but we weren't sure WHAT we wanted to buy. Kevin took the time to help us understand everything. He listened to what we said, and he helped us find the right property for us. We could not be happier! Kevin's knowledge and understanding of the real estate market is really impressive. I learned so much through this process! Best of all for me was what happened after our offer was accepted. From that point until closing, Kevin stayed on top of every detail, proactively communicating with the inspector, appraiser, our lender, the title company, etc. We never had to worry about anything!

He found issues not even addressed in the inspection, and made sure we were taken care of. Kevin was very communicative, easy to get a hold of, and checked in on the house and us to make sure everything was going as it should be. We felt so taken care of. My wife and I talk all the time about how we feel like we did nothing. Everyone always talks about how daunting and scary the process of buying a home is, but that was not the way we felt one bit. Kevin took care of everything, we simply read the documents, and signed it felt like. I highly highly recommend Kevin Orr to anyone and will continue to recommend him to all my friends and family.
