This is the second time I chose to work with Kevin. My first experience 16 years ago was uneventful and it was a no-brainer to choose him this time around. This time around I was more understanding and I learned a lot about the process. Things that will stay with me in the future. First off...Kevin is a genuinely nice person! He is honest with his opinion: whether it is regarding decluttering the house you want to sell or really making you think about a potential property. When I looked at houses I saw the "visual", he saw everything else. The decision is ultimately the buyer's but he does his job well in giving you as much information as he can. He learns your style and what you are looking for and will steer you in the right direction. Buying and selling a house is stressful. He was with every step of the way and luckily there were no real big surprises. If there were though I know that it all would have worked out. I will continue to work with Kevin in any future transactions. :)
