We recently sold our family home where we spent 28 years with Kevin Norwood's expert guidance. Given that we'd been in the home a long time, Kevin was extremely helpful in giving us advice on how to update the home to get the most bang for our buck. He even paid for a few hours of a home stagers time which was extremely helpful when getting ready for the photos. Kevin has been selling homes for a long time and has great relationships and resources as a result. We had multiple offers after our first weekend on the market and accepted a solid offer. He was available throughout the process, very responsive to our calls and took a hands on approach. We appreciated his integrity throughout the process. We would definitely use him again and highly recommend him.
