Kevin Nordahl

Kevin knows his market inside and out. He also knows the right support people to assist in the process. He goes out of his way to help his clients by doing the little things that are sometimes overlooked. The bottom line is he works very hard for his clients. We highly recommend him.

When we were looking to move across the state to Door County, Kevin was our lifeline to a new area. His knowledge of both the market and the locale were immediately apparent. We've worked with realtors in the past who simply create auto-generated listing reports based on filters; however, Kevin was very active in scouting the market for houses that catered to our aesthetic (and financial) sensibilities. Kevin sent us the listing for a home and got us in to see it as soon as we were able. We made an offer, and he was active throughout the negotiation process. Admittedly, we are feisty when it comes to this - but he handled it with grace. After all was said and done, we landed the home and are now happily living in a place we love. Kevin was a great realtor for us, but he was also very personable and easy to talk to. He's the kind of guy you expect when thinking of the caring and easygoing folk of Door County.
