Kevin helped the reviewer sell this property

As an out of state seller of a home in Florida Kevin was very instrumental in securing a sale

We sold the house in relatively short amount of time, largely due to Kevin's knowledge of the area and what the market value of the house would be in its current condition. He kept me informed on a daily basis of the progress of the interest in the home and the feedback he was getting. After the sale, he walked us through the closing process with the Title Company. He was a great help.
