Kevin is a down to earth guy and a good listener. He's also extremely responsive to his clients. I purchased a home through him, and he always answered his phone when I called or texted. If it was a time he couldn't answer, he'd text that he'd get back with me at a certain time, and he always followed through. Responsiveness is critical when you're purchasing in a hot market where homes are gobbled up in days. Kevin is a man of his word. He has high values and integrity. I highly recommend him.
