About Kevin

My name is Kevin McHaney and I am the Broker/Owner for RE/MAX New Horizons. I opened our doors in 2007 after several years as an agent in a local Real Estate Company. I am engaged in Real Estate to help people have great representation in the buying or selling of property, whether it be residential or investment, land or home. Providing professional services are of the utmost importance to me. This is why I have served our Local Realtor Association – Greater Piedmont Realtors as a member of the Board of Directors, Treasurer/Secretary, Vice President and President. I am also a member of the Public Policy Committee working for land owner’s rights. I am in my 20th year as a broker and have been awarded the RE/MAX Hall of Fame Award for dedication, and production, as well as the Virginia Realtors Honor Society Award, and the Greater Piedmont Broker of the Year. In my spare time, I have served as a USA Swimming Coach for 36 years, and love to cheer on my alma mater UVA’s Swim Teams (the Women are the current National Champions). I look forward to having the opportunity to provide you with great service to meet your Real Estate needs!
