Kevin was a Godsend. We met at a dog park and l told him exactly what I needed. He went above and beyond my expectations. In the end, I purchased a great home that met all my needs.

My wife and I recently purchase our first home. Kevin and Raya McFadden are a wealth of knowledge. They were very skillful and were able to match us with the house we recently bought. I'm extremely happy with Kevin and his very helpful wife!!! Honestly lost hope in the home buying process as a first time home buyer it was a bit overwhelming and very frustrating (underwriters,bank and everyone in between) then I meet Kevin had a things started tuning around. He answers every question (in mins not days) and honestly even if it wasn't what I wanted to hear!!! This is priceless in my eyes! Also only showing my family the houses that truly fit the very tall order of must have with no exceptions. Such as Parkland school district, 2 bay garage, farm houses (1940 or older), move In ready, 3-4 bedrooms and the real kicker under $150k. He didn't even blink twice and said "no problem" what's your time frame. I'm ready yesterday! Less then 24 hours later he had a couple worth taking a look at. First thing he said is don't rush it he wanted too find exactly what we're looking for! Looked at some great homes but it had to be perfect and he'd be the first to find a issue and point it out quickly (hard too see oil tank leak) even to the point of saying "we can do better trust me" and he definitely did!!! Everything we wanted and more! Oh ya let's not forget all under $135!!!! ?? If you looking for The golden ticket too finding your dream home at real world price this man WILL MAKE IT HAPPEN that's a fact!! Or you can take your chances with some other lying, pushy, overselling realtor that's really out for the sale effectively Helping you loose your mind not find your family a Home. There are not enough stars for me to properly evaluate Kevin. Off the charts in professionalism and dedication in selling my home. When any issues arose, Kevin went above and beyond to deal with them. We closed the sale long distance and I had no worries because everything was in Kevin's capable hands. I highly recommend him if you need a realtor in the Lehigh Valley.
