We originally were working with a recommended realtor and sadly were not happy. She wasn’t listening to what we wanted and would blame us for the miscommunication. I was then recommended Kevin by a good friend of mine and the day that we got recommended, Kevin hopped on a late night phone call with my partner and I to introduce himself to us and to find out our wants and needs and jump right in on getting us set up for showings. It was probably an hour conversation, but since that one conversation, he has been nothing but amazing.
