We met Kevin by chance when looking at a home listed by one of his colleagues. Being first time home-buyers, we did not have a realtor and after discussing our desires and price point with him he offered to help us find our first home. Kevin was approachable, knowledgeable and trustworthy so we decided to work with him. He knew the area (Bucks County) very well and used our time effectively to show us multiple listings each time we met. Even when we wanted to see a home that did not fit our criteria, but was a good price, he took the time to let us realize that it was that price for a reason (haha). After searching, what seemed to be all of Bucks County with him, he grew to understand where we were willing to compromise and because of this, he was able to find us what we believe to be a perfect fit.

When it came time to purchase, we had a unique situation and Kevin went to bat for us, and made it happened. We love our new home!
