A few years ago I told Jason I was looking to downsize, and I wanted to move to Greenville, but I wasn't in a hurry. He really listened to what I was saying and asked questions to clarify what I wanted. Then the next time we talked he said he had narrowed my preferences down to two neighborhoods, and he would let me know when something was available. About a year later he called me out of the blue and said he had "found the perfect place for me". That was a Friday afternoon. We visited the property on the following Monday morning, and I was blown away. He was right. It was EXACTLY what I wanted. It was the only property I looked at. We made an offer and I closed on my new home in less than two months. Jason even knew the banker I was working with and went out of his way to make the deal work for me financially.
