Kevin met with me to discuss the sale of my mothers home that she lived in for 51 years. He was honest and upfront regarding changes we may wanna do, the likelihood of it selling quickly and what we were responsible for. The home was put on the market at 7:30 in the morning and by 2 o’clock we had three offers two from investors offering less and then a family who offered more. Every time I called with questions he responded immediately. We had a 30 day escrow and we close right on time with his help and guidance I would highly recommend him.

I can't say enough about the service that Kevin provided for me. The home I fell in love with went into escrow before my previous agent could make an offer. I then connected with Kevin. When the home fell out of escrow, Kevin was all over it and submitted my offer to the seller within an hour. I am now living in my beautiful new home. Kevin is very knowledgeable about the home buying process and has great references that we were able to contract with for home inspections and repairs during the escrow process.
