Kevin is patient, kind, and knowledgable – all important qualities that served our family well as we searched for a home that my parents could live and age in comfortably. We each took turns feeling overwhelmed and freaked out (unless we were stressing out in tandem), and Kevin helped ground us and gently guide us through the many obstacles that can come up when buying a home. He took our calls whenever he could as questions and concerns arose (there were a LOT of calls/emails), and consistently got back to us quickly as needed. His upbeat nature is genuine, and his openhearted way with people – along with his detail-oriented, full-service approach – made a terrifying process a little less terrifying for us. In this cynical age it would be understandable if some people questioned the authenticity of such a can-do, positive person, but Kevin is the real deal: a knowledgable professional and a good guy.
