Both my purchase and the quick selling of my home was near flawless...... we had no blips with related to the transactions except with regards to insurance that had nothing to do with him. However, the team he uses and the mortgage brokers he recommended were also top rate!!!! They worked out the insurance issue before my own agents could, and they sailed me through the largest mortgage I have ever had with ease and professionalism, honesty and integrity. Likewise, his employees at his firm were also helpful, knowledgeable and very professional when showing my home!!! He did such a great job that my neighbor has already hired him to sell her home! kevin responded to my phone call from nj regarding a house for sale in fl. He went to the home facetimed me and gave me a very thorough acct of home which resulted in me putting in offer. He then got me mortgage company (awsome too) who were able to put together pkg for a very short closing date which resulted in seller accepting my offer. Hhe basically walked me through every step and put me with appropriate people to make closing happen. Nothing was ever too much trouble! i did not see the house until i flew down 2 days before closing but he had arranged for a friend to do walk through with him prior to my arrival. He could not have been more gracious. The final walk through was a piece of cake as Kevin had handled every issue personally. Kevin is truly a professional in every way - he has a warm friendly manner that makes working with him such a pleasure. I can honestly say this house purchase (I might add I was in new jersey until closing) went so smoothly and i attribute it totally to Kevin.
