I cannot recommend Kevin Kelly enough! Buying our first home in this market felt like a bit of a daunting task. Kevin, however, made the process fun, exciting and easy for us. He truly took the time to get to know us and understand our needs and preferences. He streamlined the process by showing us only those homes that he knew would be a good fit. Kevin was always very quick to answer questions and when it was time to make an offer and negotiate, he worked magic. In fact, our home was appraised for a substantial amount more than what we ended up paying. Kevin is trustworthy, kind, and serves as a true partner in the home buying process.
