Choosing to work with Kevin Kast made a very difficult time in my life so much more manageable. I was charged with moving my elderly parent to our area and was given a very short window of time to do so. There was a good deal of "family involvement" and emotions were running high from the start. Kevin's compassion and empathy, his constant availability and knowledge, allowed him to effectively lead the search and work out the right deal. Kevin was able to effectively navigate every hurdle thrown our way by parties on both sides of this deal. Each situation, and there were many, was met with poise, patience, and expertise.
