Amazing Experience!

Cant describe how happy my wife and I are about working with Kevin on the sale of our house. To begin with Kevin understood our position within our first talk. He understood we were looking for a quick sale and move forward. Knowing that we has super fast moving helping us out with cleanup of our house which I am forever thankful. Secondly, the pictures that Kevin took of the home were amazing and brought in a lot of people (We had an offer the first weekend!). Third he was amazing on the negotiation of our house, he was able to negotiate with the sellers agent, fees and price so that we earned what we were expecting, even more! Lastly he made sure we were super informed throughout the way (Something that we Lacked when we purchased the House). Overall it was an amazing experience It always felt like I had someone backing me up and interested in doing the best for us. Kevin knows he will be our agent moving forward! If you are looking for an agent, stop! you've found the one!
