Kevin was very responsive. He knew how to overcome the specific challenges of the sale of the house. He helped with many logistics like what to do to maximize the sale of house, helping get town specific tasks done like paying the water bill, smoke detectors fee so I don't have to take a day off from work. He also works with Zillow which has a nice house showcase feature. He is highly recommended!

Kevin was the best agent we could have ever asked for. Just so happened to get paired with him on a house tour via zillow and after our first conversation we knew he was the right person for the job. He never pressured us into any decisions and let us take our time with finding the right home. He was very responsive and no question was ever too small. Kevin made the entire process a breeze. He would contact me continuously to keep me updated on the open houses and the interest generated. Every detail was relayed to me through out the process. He answered all of my questions immediately. Kevin was confidence inspiring and was very positive through out the listing and the sale. He did things above and beyond his responsibilities, such as patch a small outlet hole in the kitchen the buyer wanted, as well as move the washer and dryer, and a large storage rack down to the storage area because the seller had requested this. He also saw to it that all of the items on the punch list were addressed. The condo sold quickly and this, I firmly believe, was because of Kevin's tenacity and his focus.
