Kevin helped the reviewer sell this property

Excellent communication & knowledge

We hired Kevin Jeffery to assist in selling a difficult rental property. He provided not only several creative strategies but also balanced our many emotions. He was both Professional, patient & very helpful in the final stages of clear out. We would highly recommend his services & in fact utilized him on (2) other properties to follow. :) He also has excellent partnership & various resources to assist in marketing.
