"The sales process was seamless. Kevin always took the time to answer my questions. He took on the sale of a condo in a non VA/FHA compliant HOA, not an easy thing to do. My condo sold for $5000 above asking price. Kevin lowered his commission to five percent because I was going to lose money on the sale. Despite falling out of escrow once, Kevin bounced back and got me a better offer ten days later. I appreciated how efficiently escrow went.
