It was by chance we met Kevin and in the most timely and efficient manner, my fiancée and I landed our dream home! Unlike our last realtor, Kevin was available 24/7 and put US first AND no buying/selling agreement contracts!! He doesn't believe in them and neither should you! Why ride out your time with someone that doesn't have YOUR best interests at heart. Could not have asked for a better realtor!

I give Kevin all 5 stars because he truly was so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me purchase my first home. Having never done this he was really patient and explained every step of the process. He was always available to answer my questions and help me work through the home buying process. He helped us negotiate a GREAT deal on our home, and I couldn't be happier.

My husband and I were first time home buyers, and to say we had a smooth and good home buying experience is a major understatement! Kevin went above and beyond to help us in buying our first home. He spent time going over every detail with us. He proved over and over again that he was knowledgable about the area, the market, and the financial side.
