My wife & I were looking for a home for our retirement. Since we vacationed in Myrtle Beach frequently that would be our ideal location. We had been looking on Zillow & found a home that met our requirements. We had a trip planned there & one week prior we contacted Kevin by email who within minutes replied & we set up an appointment for a showing. An appointment was made & he met us at the door of his office when we arrived. We viewed the home which impressed us very much & he took us to two similar homes that day. His knowledge of the area answered all our questions if this was the right area for us. We decided on the first showing that day & did the paperwork. Kevin is a terrific negotiator & improved a good deal to an ever better deal. Since this was the first house we have bought in over 20 years, Kevin was helpful in supplying area contacts for an attorney, home insurance, home improvements & property maintenance. He kept us up to date with the sale's progress. After settlement he kept us informed of the status & when the house would be registered with the court. I highly recommend Kevin & would use him & recommend him to others as my first choice. With his assistance in every step prior & after the sale I consider him a true friend.
