Kevin Heiner

We recently had the pleasure of experiencing home buying process with Kevin. He is very knowledgeable and definitely knows his real estate market. He is quick to respond and the process was throughly explained to us before hand. We are now homeowners thanks to Kevin!

Kevin was an amazing realtor to work with. He was recommended by a family friend and she told me he would help us find a home in the time crunch we were in. Sure enough he was able to show us all of the houses we wanted to see and after going out a few times we were able to find our family a home. While we were in escrow, Kevin went above and beyond and assisted us in minor fixes that my husband and I weren't really sure how to do. He seemed to have a lot of knowledge when it comes to being a handyman and fixing up a house. The previous owners of our home had rat traps in the attic that had actually caught rats.. and they hadn't removed them, so Kevin took charge and got them out!! I was so pleased with his work efforts, he really was doing what was in our best interest. I highly recommend working with him to assist you find a new home!!

Kevin is the best realtor. Buying a house is stressful. Especially since there are things most people don't know what to look for in a house. And they cost a lot, I mean A LOT. Then people buy a house and realize after the fact all these problems with it and our then. In comes Kevin. He knows his stuff and knows the business extremely well. He is very honest and will go through the house and point out things that our great with the house, but also will point out things that might be problematic. But will always make suggestions on how to fix it or how to make it better, if possible. He has a background in construction, so he knows what he's talking about. He never pressures you and will be VERY patient with you while you weigh out decisions. He has also has a good relationship with local lenders who are also extremely good and easy to deal with. We have bought two houses with Kevin and will definitely seek him out IF we decide to move again (not planning on it anytime soon though Kevin! ;) So if you WANT a house, you WANT to use Kevin Heiner!

You're missing out if you go with anyone else. I am amazed at how much Kevin knows about his profession. He is truly a professional. My wife and three children loved him as well. My kids even had their own little way of speaking and laughing with Kevin. GREAT FACTS TO KNOW ABOUT KEVIN: 1. Knows more than just the "realtor stuff", he used to work in home loans as well and educated me about the entire home buying process. I've never had anyone take the time to explain, literally everything, about this process. 2. He wants you to get "warm and fuzzy" about the house when you walk in and around with your family. If it's not for you, he has no problem waiting for you to find that house. 3. He is incredibly handy with tools. A true craftsman who can spot things that your average person might not see while walking around a home. 4. With over 20 years in the business, he knows and recommends great people/companies. His recommendation for the home inspector was so great, that even the sellers took notice of how thorough, professional, and spot-on our inspector was. 5. READ THIS: He goes beyond the call of duty. No joke. We picked up our keys today and met Kevin at the house. To our dismay, someone had busted in two doors. Kevin drove his truck to the hardware store, picked up plywood, 2 by 4s, and hardware.... then he stayed late (passed 9pm) to make sure we got those doors boarded up. Who does that for someone? Only a great person would. To top that off, he led a prayer for me and my family that we would be safe, happy, full of joy, and well protected in our new home. All in all, not only did we find the most amazing agent, but we seriously found a life-long friend. I am definitely inviting him and his family to our family get togethers and he will always be the person I recommend to everyone in need of his services.

Kevin is very knowledgeable,. Quick to respond to texts or calls. Knows the home buying process inside and out. Very prompt and responsive in knowing whats next , and what to expect.. Id definitely recommend him to anyone looking for and honest agent whose been in the business for an impressive amount of time.
