Hardest working man in real estate

Kevin is awesome! We worked with him as the agent for our builder. With our first baby on the way, we were looking to purchase our first home. Our agent brought us to Timber Banks where we met Kevin and were shown a new construction home that was about 70% finished. We immediately knew it was home. From the first meeting, Kevin was straightforward with us and very easy to work and communicate with. Once we knew we wanted to move forward with the home, Kevin was very trustworthy and ensured us that it was ours as we collectively worked together to enter into an agreement a few days later. In this crazy housing market, it took so much anxiety away to know the home we loved was ours, no games, especially being very pregnant and eager to be settled in our home. Throughout the remainder of the building process, Kevin was always available to help us pick out finishes. He accompanied us to several stores and showed us examples from other homes in the community. It was great to be able to rely on his expertise and have his recommendations. Kevin never rushed us and really took the time to make sure we were happy. We made a couple of upgrades, which Kevin was also incredibly helpful with. Fast forward to today, we absolutely love our home and welcomed our baby boy into it at the end of August 2024! It’s great seeing Kevin in the neighborhood, updating him on our baby, and he is always available by phone/text even after the purchase of our home when we have questions. Overall, we truly appreciate all of Kevin’s help throughout the process. We would definitely work with him again and recommend him! Thank you!!

We began looking for a home when the inventory was low and interest rates were spiking. While our timing was less than ideal, Kevin was always very responsive and so patient! Since there wasn’t much on the market, we asked Kevin to show us EVERYTHING that came up and he did! He didn’t push us to make a decision and always made sure our questions were answered. He is knowledgeable about the realities of potential costs of making updates and repairs. He wasn’t just in it for the sale, he wanted to make sure we purchased a home we would love, and we finally did! Buying a home can be very overwhelming but it was very reassuring having Kevin in our corner and we would recommend him to anyone!!!

I moved to the area from WNY and was in temporary housing. There were some issues that warranted me needing to get into my new home ASAP. My home was a new build, and when I say Kevin bent over backwards to help get me in there- that is an understatement!
