You can’t go wrong working with Kevin. His fun, understanding, and caring attitude is just what you are looking for. This poor guy had to deal with the differences that my partner and I had about what kind of home we were interested in. He listened to us both about what we wanted and didn’t want. He also took the time to look into the properties we were interested in, and did his due diligence to make sure we were not getting into something we could not handle, and to make sure there were no surprises once we started to make offers.
