We had been in the housing market several times throughout the years and fallen out with no luck. It wasn't until our latest efforts that we figure out why, well, besides the insane housing market in San Diego county and surrounding areas. Until recently, we hadn't met the right Real Estate Agent! Our first one was uninterested in us (probably because of our small budget at the time), then the next few were just inexperienced and the one before Kevin just didn't get what we wanted. All of that changed when we met Kevin. He was immediately engaging, and not in a disingenuous "my time is money so let's get the information out quickly" way; but in a more "come, let me really begin to get a sense of you and what you're looking for" way. Once the process began, he went out of his way to educate and communicate to us all the steps between where we were at in the home buying process and what work was still to be done. He planned house hunting routes, depending on where we were looking to purchase and various other requirements we had in a house. He even became so in tune with us, he added criterion we didn't even realized we were looking for! He was very knowledgeable at every level of the home buying process. But what was even more impressive, was he readily admitted when he was unsure or completely didn't know the answer to a question (I should also add, he didn't just leave it at that, he actively went to find the answer/solution as soon as possible).
