We're transitioning into a digital world in which there's more preference of buying everything online, including homes nowadays. This is due to the stigma of high-pressure sales. Kevin is the opposite of that. I was reminded of how nice it is to have a real human being take me step by step in the purchase process. Never did I feel pressured or uncomfortable.
