Kevin was very accommodating of my husband's limited availability. We were very specific in our wants for a new home, and Kevin didn't waste any of our time with homes that didn't meet our criteria. We looked at many houses, and from the the first to the last, Kevin's attitude was awesome. I know we inconvenienced him at times, but he never showed it. I would recommend him to others and would definitely use him again if we ever decided to move.

Kevin was a joy to work with - we started out speaking long distance (me in Utah, him in SC) in October of 2018 and he worked diligently to show me the different areas of the city I was soon to be moving to including ones I hadn't considered. When I arrived in March, he took me around to the towns I narrowed down just about every weekend & was the most patient as I changed my mind from one type of home to another, one area of town to another, etc. He was very knowledgeable about the good versus bad parts of each area, which houses were over-priced, where flooding had previously occurred, things like that to steer me clear of. He really listened to what I was looking for and didn't waste time showing me things that didn't meet my requests. When he found me "the one", he took care of things every step of the way, answering my questions, setting up the inspections, finding me qualified people for work I wanted to have done, and even went so far as to present me with a housewarming gift that was personalized to include my beloved Great Dane. I feel Kevin went above and beyond what most agents would do and I would recommend him in a heartbeat.
