Kevin was such a pleasure to work with and was always very professional and helpful. He was knowledgeable through the offer process and did a great job negotiating a deal that brought our dream home into our budget. Kevin was very responsive and quick to take care of any pending items. He helped make our first homebuying experience simple! Even after we were under contract, Kevin continued to work with us to make sure we were getting everything arranged for our closing date and move in. He helped connect us with cleaners and various contractors for any services we needed, even post-move in. Not to mention he organized an amazing and thoughtful closing date celebration! Overall, a great experience and we really enjoyed getting to know Kevin through this process :)
