Our house hunting journey began with requesting to view a house and receiving a phone call from a realtor named Kevin Godberson. Being first time home buyers we were nervous and did not know what to expect. Not only did Kevin educate us but he also made us comfortable during this experience. He is very knowledgeable, genuine, and persistent. Kevin would make sure he was always available to work around our busy schedules. For example if we saw a house on Zillow on a Tuesday morning, we were there for a viewing that afternoon. Kevin does not just sell you a home but he forms a friendship along the way.
