Kevin pulled a rabbit out of a hat - twice. Three years ago, Kevin found us a home to rent, in an impossible market, under impossible circumstances. Recently, he helped us to find our new home to purchase in an equally difficult market. We have a five-person family, including a live-in elderly adult and two dogs, and my wife and I are both self-employed. Both move-out circumstances were time-sensitive. Lease qualification was tough, but mortgage qualification was even tougher. Kevin's knowledge, daily focus and persistence helped to create opportunities that made the impossible, possible. His advice was also CRITICAL in helping us to beat out four other bidders on the property we recently purchased. We are currently moving into our new home, stepping "up" from the rental property we have been living in, to a spacious, and well accommodating property that meets ALL of our family needs, and more. Kevin helped us in the process of purchasing our very first home! After renting several houses and tiring of the rental process, we decided to pursue ownership. We weren't too sure we'd find something with our tight budget, but Kevin was so incredibly patient and kind, and wanted to be sure what we got was something we really wanted. We have four children and he was always kind and considerate of all the busyness and interests they had in a house as well, which made the process less stressful on us.
