Kevin helped the reviewer buy this property

Kevin is excellent!

Kevin at The CLOSERS is an excellent real estate agent! In the beginning of July, my family and I were notified that we would have to move out of our living situation within 2-3 months' time. As first-time home buyers, we were understandably overwhelmed and felt so ill prepared and unknowledgeable! We contacted several agents and a lender, but none seemed to grasp the seriousness of our situation - until Kevin Garner. We put in an offer on a gorgeous place on 7/27 which was accepted, scheduled the inspections, negotiated with the seller on some replacements/repairs, and then closed on 10/2! If you're looking for a home in the Dent, Phelps, Crawford Counties and surrounding areas, do yourself a favor and go with Kevin! He is helpful, kind, hard working, and will patiently take the time to explain things to you like you're 5 😅 Thank you so much, Kevin, for all of your time and help! We love our new home! 🏡❤
