Kevin made our whole year!
Kevin found our new home and worked through numerous setbacks in the buying process while selling our last house simultaneously. We managed to buy and sell with minimal stress and we couldn't have done it without Kevin. Very highly recommend!

Darrell and Stephanie, I really appreciate this. Coordinating a purchase and a sale at the same time means two sets of deadlines, two sets of inspections, and plenty of chances for something to slip. We hit our share of setbacks, but you stayed calm and let me do my job, and that made all the difference. Congratulations on the new home!
