When I decided that it was the time for me for me to sell my home of forty years and move closer to my family, I interviewed three realtors that work in my area. Kevin was the standout choice. From our first meeting, I felt a sense of confidence and trust in him as he explained what he does to help his clients prepare their homes for marketing, what his marketing plan is, and how he keeps his clients fully informed about details throughout the entire selling process. And, indeed, Kevin was true to his word! Kevin, and his wife, Stephanie, even physically assisted me several times when I had furniture donations but had no way to transport the items to the charitable organization. When he saw that I no longer had a garden hose to water some of my blooming flowers, Keven purchased a new hose and quietly dropped it off on my front porch and went on his way. (Now, who does that these days?) There were two unexpected situations that came up in the process of selling my home. Either one of them could have delayed or cancelled the sale of my home. I was very worried about each of them, but Kevin calmly explained that he had dealt with things like this before and that he knew how to get the problems solved. And solved they were because of his years of experience and the contacts he has made throughout the years living in this area. Whenever I had a question, I either called him or texted him and I had a response from him within ten minutes...even when he was out-of-state for a long weekend attending a family function. This move was emotionally a difficult one for me at times and Kevin recognized this and would call and "check in" with me periodically just to see how I was doing and if there was anything I needed or he could do for me. As busy as he was with many clients, he always made me feel like I was important and he was there to serve me. Once listed, my home sold within three days well above the listing price FOR CASH!!!
