Kevin as an agent was a wonderful experience. His knowledge base was excellent in that he knew exactly how to list my house maximizing all the amenities it had. He description captured everything my house had to offer as well as the pictures and 3D tour had to offer. His experience selling made me comfortable accepting or declining offers. He was extremely well versed in the process (ie) property tax, search and survey, closing costs, lien releases etc. Having never sold a house before, I trusted Kevin not to steer me wrong, which he did not. To complicate my situation, my house was in Florida and I am living in New York. His constant correspondence gave me the feeling that I was in good hands. I would highly recommend him to be anyone's agent.
